How to make your own Body Wrap!!!



Have you tried the body wraps that everyone seems to love?? I am a huge fan of them but I am not fond of the price. They work really well and I saw a huge improvement in my stomach a couple summers ago when I was using them every week! So I did some research and found an amazing DIY wrap! I was so excited! I ran to the store and got the supply I needed. I slept in the wrap and woke up and was very pleased with the results! So the ingredients are:

  • Plexus Body Lotion
Lather a good amount on your mid section.
Make sure the skin is freshly washed and dry, Then put the Plexus body cream over the desired area(s) and wrap with saran wrap and drink lots of water and leave on for a minimum of 2 hours.  Remove the Saran wrap and rub in the remaining body cream. Benefits of dancing

FUN FACT!!!!!!! Dancing is healthy for us not only for Cardio!!! So interesting!!! I am going to start dancing while I clean, do the dishes and everything else lol


Soda is poison

How is everyone's Wednesday going?? Mine Pretty good, besides my computer acting up on me -__- Anyhow... Wednesday is WHAT THE FACT Wednesday! I have a couple cool facts! 1. How Soda effects your health. We all know soda is not good for us but do you realize how bad a soda a day is? Check this out.

How CRAZY is that?? I wont lie I will have my Mountain Dew every once in a while. I mean like once a month. But I do love it when I do have it. Healthy Chicken Meal

Hey all!!! So today is tasty Tuesday!!! This morning I was on the search for a new healthy recipe for dinner. I found it on Pinterest! OMG I love Pinterest!! So I found a Lemon chicken meal.


 This was perfect I already had most of the ingredients. I love how delicious this looks and HEALTHY. I love Food but yet I am in love with putting healthy food in my body. Don't get me wrong. I wasn't always like this. I started by taking baby steps by cutting out take out food and sugar! Well except my coffee creamer. I just can not let go of that.
